Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: All orders for Maxi2 are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please expect 4 weeks and above as this is an international delivery and customs take long time to clear the parcel.

  • Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping rates are stated in shopping cart while check out.

  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • Damages: ordermaxi2.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Refund Policy

  • 30-Day Guarantee: We believe in the quality of Maxi2. If you are not satisfied, you may return the unopened product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

  • Health & Safety Note: To ensure the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on bottles where the outer safety seal or inner induction seal has been broken or tampered with.
